Lateness and no show policy

We’re thrilled to care for your ears and help you feel your best, but to keep everything running smoothly, we’ve got a little lateness policy with a friendly twist:

Running a little late? No worries! If you’re up to 10 minutes late, we’ll do our best to see you. But beyond that, it might not be possible to complete your appointment without affecting others. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you risk missing your chance of being seen.

 

No show? we’ll have to charge the £35 consultation fee. The remaining amount can only be refunded upon request—simply email us at info@wellear.co.uk, and we’ll sort it out for you!

Need to reschedule? You’re welcome to change your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time without any fuss. Just drop us an email at books@wellear.co.uk.
